| Enrollment Process All students are required to fill out a Registration Form upon enrollment in any Private Picassos program. See below for the appropriate form. Payment must be received by the first session of each program. FREE Demo Class Sign-Up To sign-up for a FREE Demo Class that is currently schedule, or takes place during our demo class week (*the week before each school year semester begins), click here. * FREE Demo Classes are available on a first come, first served basis and are open to new students. Pre-registration for FREE Demo Classes, Art Workshops, Drop-Ins, etc. Pre-registration is required for all of the above classes and programs. You can pre-register via email to info@privatepicassos.com or text message to 917-463-8609. Please be sure to include your name, child's name, contact email and phone number and the site and class you would like to attend. Failure to pre-register for a desired class may result in students being turned away last minute due to classes being full or no notification of a cancelled program. Gift Certificates ![]() Know a budding artist who'd love to pursue their passion further? Give the gift of art with a Private Picassos' Gift Certificate. Our certificates are available in any monetary amount from $25 and up and can be used for any of our services. Each recipient can choose from our in-home art lessons, museum and gallery tours, neighborhood art classes, art birthday parties and much more! Email Private Picassos for more information. Cancellation Policies *All prices include a $25 non-refundable registration fee. Refund policy is as follows: deposit made for unused sessions will be returned upon request, if requested before the class semester begins. If a cancellation is made after a class semester has begun, the deposit made for unused sessions will be returned upon request, minus the $25 non-refundable registration fee. - Class semesters include all Private Picassos' programs and services, including, but not limited to Neighborhood Group Art Classes, In-Home Art Lessons, Adult Classes, Museum and Gallery Tours and Art Camps. ** Private Picassos’ cancellation fees and policies are as follows: cancellations for lessons, made with in 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time are subject to a charge of 50% of the session fee; cancellations for parties, group art lessons and museum trips made with in 5 days of the scheduled time is subject to a charge of 25% of the session fee, cancellations made with in 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a charge of 50% of the session fee; if there is a missed lesson, a fee of 100% of the session charge will be charged; any scheduling changes for recurring lessons need to be made 5 days in advance of scheduled lesson day. If your child is sick and cannot attend their scheduled lesson, please inform Private Picassos with in 24 hours of the scheduled time. Back to top |
